Appalachian Uprising started as a way for fellow music lovers to gather and enjoy some of the best music on the scene today. Set in the beautiful Eden Valley Farm in Scottown, Ohio, Appalachian Uprising has grown to be one of the premeire festivals on the East Coast, as well as a stop for many national Bluegrass, and Newgrass acts.
Our humble beginings have allowed us to maintain a positive and peaceful atmosphere, even as our crowds have continued to grow year after year. Our goal has always been to allow people to leave their troubles and trepidations at the gate, and come and celebrate life and all that it has to offer.
